We got a 1 bedroom on the 24th floor and the noise from the adjacent highway is horrible. Windows are NOT sound proofed at all.

Room for single solo traveller was very small unless what was shown in the pics. Location is great. Only thing is reception staff was not as welcoming and flexible as they should have been. Asked to change pillow for 6 night stay, they instantly said no we dnt ve all pillows are same without even trying or saying we will look. When I got upset that u cant even do that little then they sent soft comfy pillow. No tea whiteners or tea is served if they are running it as hotel they shd atleast serve them like standard hotels. Shuttle service to n from airport mentioned online and when arrived they said oh driver is on the leave. And attitude of the desk staff is so firm they charged 50 Rm for early check in. And they dont even try to be nice with customers.
