    Decent value for 2 nights. 20 minutes ride from JBCC, noise can be heard from neighbouring rooms like why the hell are you people laughing at 1am. Room missing a kettle and cups, and the cleanliness could definitely be better. Biggest plus was the Smart TV hooked to every room and the self-check in process doesn't charge you RM50 for a deposit. Overall, could be better but probably wouldn't return.

    I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and both times I was assigned rooms on Level 2. The air-conditioning units in those rooms were very noisy. This time, I was given a room on Level 1, where the air-conditioning is a split-type unit and operates at an acceptable noise level. However, there is a serious issue with rats running across the ceiling throughout the day and night, causing constant noise and disturbance. This significantly affected the comfort of my stay. The hotel needs to address both the rodent problem and the noisy air-conditioning units to improve guest comfort.
