    The soundproofing is not very good. At night, I could hear a lot of noise from downstairs, and in the morning, I could hear the cleaners working in the corridor. But the room was clean. ✨ ✅ The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. ✅ The cleaner was also nice and tried their best to help. ✅ The location is great — only about a 5-minute walk to the MRT. I brought some Penang Hokkien Mee to KL and asked the hotel restaurant if they could help me heat it up. However, one of the foreign staff refused and said that because the food was not halal-certified, I could not use the microwave. ❌ I went downstairs and gave my feedback to the front desk. I feel this is a little unfriendly towards non-Muslim guests. Maybe the hotel could consider having a separate microwave for non-halal food. Also, the staff member not only refused to help, but his attitude was quite unfriendly.

    If it was not for my seminar nearby, I really wouldn't book this hotel. Airconditioning not working properly. Bathroom door not closing. No light at the room table. Bathroom not clean. Staff at the breakfast so unfriendly.

    Tbh, it is one of the best budget hotel out there. It is convenient/very near to the MRT station. Just the minus side is the road leading to the MRT is shared with vehicles, so be careful. No breakfast, but downstairs there are ample of choices of 24 hour food to choose from. It also has quiet surrounding and interior is great.
