Good value overall, with a comfortable stay and the essestials working as they should. I slept well, had realiable hot water, and found wifi positive. The location was convenient enough, while cleanliness, staff service, and facilities are well solid.

Had a fairly comfortable stay at Dorsett Hartamas. The room was spacious and the hotel interior is actually really beautiful. The hotel itself was also quiet, so it was a nice place to rest. However, there were a few things that could be improved. We initially thought the room came with a Smart TV and that we could watch Netflix, but unfortunately, the TV didn’t have that option. The breakfast buffet was also quite limited in terms of variety. The food itself was good, but we expected a wider range of options. We also tried room service, and while the prices were quite affordable, one of the chicken dishes we ordered had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. The location feels a little edgy, although the beautiful interior does make up for it to some extent. We also noticed that the hotel is connected to Dorsett Residences and some of the facilities are shared between the hotel and residences. Personally, this was a bit of a turn-off as we prefer hotel facilities to feel more exclusive for hotel guests. Lastly, I hope the windows can be cleaned more thoroughly. We noticed some mould around the windows, which wasn’t very pleasant to see. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay with a spacious room and beautiful interiors, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.
