    Great stay overall. The place was clean, well-maintained, and matched the photos provided. Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear, which made the process hassle-free. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and food options. The host was responsive and helpful whenever needed. Basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the environment was quiet enough to rest well.

    Clean, convenient but on Friday night, the karaoke entertainment made all of us couldn't sleep, the house not soundproof, can hear people sing until 4am

    Overall environment is good and convenient. The downside is the family KTV is below are noisy during the stay.

    This is the best home for any event we have in Desapark City. Many eateries in Arcadia where the home is located. Also Village grocer and the dining area is my favorite. And next morning we can enjoy jogging and breakfast at waterfront. The home itself is cozy and clean and the host is very helpful and warm.
