    单看定价，这家民宿平日价位基本维持在70-80马币，节假日则会涨价至200-350马币区间，百元以内的日常售价看似性价比很高。单纯对... 这次入住体验极度糟糕，对管理方特别失望，如实反馈全部问题： 1. 异味严重：一打开房门，全屋弥漫下水道管道恶臭，开窗通风整晚都散不掉，待着非常难受。 2. 清洁卫生极差：保洁只用同一把拖把清洁整栋三十多层楼房，地面踩上去黏糊糊，污垢完全没清理干净。 3. 床品卫生隐患：入住第二晚，家人被床上小虫叮咬，皮肤发痒红肿，床品没有彻底消杀清洗。 整套房源空间虽然宽敞，两张双人床能容纳四人入住，硬件面积是唯一优点，但基础清洁、消杀、通风处理完全不达标，严重影响居住健康，不推荐预定，管理方需要严格整改保洁流程。 Property Name: Mosa (Managed by Mossaz management company) I’m extremely disappointed with this stay and the management team, here’s my honest experience: 1. Terrible sewage odor: The whole unit stinks of sewer pipe smell as soon as I open the door. Even opening all windows all night, the bad smell never fades. 2. Unacceptable cleaning standard: The cleaner uses only one mop for the entire 30+ floors. The floor feels sticky and dirty everywhere. 3. Dirty bedding with bugs: My family got bitten by small bugs on the bed on the second night, causing itchy red skin. The bed linen was not cleaned or disinfected properly. The only advantage is the large space with two queen beds that fit 4 guests. However, basic sanitation, disinfection and ventilation are completely neglected, which threatens guests’ health. I do not recommend booking this unit, the management must overhaul their cleaning system urgently.
