    Had a terrible stay here. The room is badly in need of maintenance and was quite dirty, especially the curtains, which were covered in stains. Sleeping comfortably was impossible because the pillows were awful. To make matters worse, the room space was incredibly cramped. I would not recommend staying here.

    As a middle-class family of three travelling with our 1-year-old, we came to Penang on a very budget-friendly trip. We wanted to enjoy the little experiences without spending too much on accommodation, while still hoping for a comfortable and pleasant stay—and this hotel fulfilled almost everything we needed. The staff were professional and friendly, the parking was good, the lifts worked well, and the location was convenient. The bed was also super comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness, especially the toilet bowl. With better attention to cleaning, this hotel would offer an even better experience. Overall, it was a good and worthwhile stay for a family travelling on a budget. 😊
