    The family room is located on the top floor, and there is no lift. Can you imagine hauling your luggage all the way up the stairs? Other than that, the room is clean, the bathroom is large, and the customer service is decent. I'd recommend it for couples (since their rooms are on the second floor), but the family room just isn't very practical.

    The room is fine but after shower the water tab couldn't close at all. The they change to 2nd floor room. But the water pressure is very low, it's hardly to take a bath. Therefore, decide to check out early. It's my bad experience in this hotel.
