    The hotel is located at the center of the city and walking distance to many eateries, and the hotel staffs are friendly , the hotel is quite clean and the room is very spacious.

    The location of the hotel is next to Bus Terminal, hence it is convenient to those taking bus. Also, it is near to 2 main shopping malls, namely Sunway Kluang Mall and Kluang Parade Mall, both are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very helpful, she called to ask if I wanted to change to twin room on the day just before my check-in hour, which is highly appreciated. Unfortunately, the house keeping service can be improved : stains found on both bedsheets and traces of faeces found in the toilet bowl when we first checked in the hotel. The tv remote control is not working, need to control the tv using manual buttons on the tv. Also, outside loud music is unbearable after midnight, would advise to wear ear plug for light sleeper.

    Cannot rest properly at night, disco/club music and heavy bass are blasting at full volume at night from evening 7-8pm until the next morning 9-10am..YOU CAN’T REST AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE MUSIC AND BASS.. reception just brushes off your concerns and say they can’t do anything to help you and you just have to deal with it. Won’t recommend.
