    Milano hotel would be a perfect choice for travellers who are cost sensitive and have a full travel itinerary, only returning back to hotel at end of the day. Location is excellent. 0.5km from Kluang railway station. The hotel is surrounded by many eating outlets within walking distance. There are fast food restaurants (McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc), Chinese coffee shop which opens at 6.30am and closes at 5pm daily and Chinese chicken rice shop and Chinese restaurant called Star Coffee House and restaurant. There are also 24h Muslim coffee shops. 7 Eleven , Watson, provision shop and other shops nearby. Short Grab journey to many places eg Kluang Mall, Yuen Fatt Buscui Confectionery, Gunung Lombak The hotel has no lift. Room relatively clean with very basic amenities

    What’s more important than a clean room, clean sheets. Just that it has no lift and you need to carry your luggage up to third floor. The birds outside the rooms can be irritating.

    Ample parking but hotel is located on 1st floor onwards (not ground floor) and no lift. Lots of birds chirping during the night and birds poop on window. Water leak thru the window during heavy rain.
