Room very big and walking distance to bus station.
    9.2 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
The hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from the bus terminal. It is also not far from the popular eateries. The room itself was small and clean. There is no window in the room. This is a budget hotel so there were no slippers or amenities kit provided. There were also no bedside power sockets and fridge. Additional pillow can be requested from the reception. The aircon and TV worked pretty well. This is a no frills and value for money hotel. I would recommend this hotel for travellers who are passing through Batu Pahat.

Great location with lots of delicious food nearby, and the rooms are nice. However, when we first entered, there was an extremely strong, overpowering cleaning chemical smell. We had to use our own perfume, but luckily it cleared up once the AC was turned on. Overall a nice stay, but the hotel really needs to tone down the cleaning product scent.
