Good hotel

Two lights in the room were burnt out (one by the entrance and one by the outer door), and there was only one trash bin—located inside the bathroom. There was a table for making drinks, but strangely, no power outlet nearby. Since I just wanted to rest, I didn't bother calling maintenance. There was no internet access, and not all mobile networks had coverage. The bedsheets and pillows weren't particularly clean or white. Parking was far away and required walking; there was no attendant, and the path to the parking area was dark at night. Going out for dinner was worrying because the access road was narrow, dark, and hilly. It was a two-way road but only wide enough for one vehicle; one driver had to wait for the other, yet the bends made it impossible to see oncoming traffic. The river wasn't suitable for children to play in; the area was rocky, overgrown with bushes on both sides, and had dense foliage—raising fears of snakes. The water was shallow, but the area needed clearing of rocks and general improvement to make it safe for water play. The swimming pool was standard—nothing special. Fortunately, it had a filtration system that quickly cleared away the leaves and grass clippings that blew in. The Flying Fox attraction was gone, and the climbing frame was dilapidated and worn out. Exploring the surrounding area was tiring, especially with small children, due to the distance and hilly terrain. To play in the park, you had to bring your own ball. There was supposedly a deer enclosure, but the path up the hill was heavily overgrown and mosquito-ridden, even at 11 AM. Carrying a small child up there would have been exhausting, so I didn't go to see it. There is a koi and goose pond, but the wooden fence is rotten; I was worried about letting my child go down the steps to the pond. When walking to the parking area, staff on motorcycles or ATVs tend to drive quite fast—coming down the hill and around bends—so vehicles appear suddenly. Suggestions: install more lighting, trim overgrown branches, and place convex mirrors at junctions (especially at the hill access to the main road and at bends within the resort). The parking area needs to be paved and leveled; currently, it is uneven and rocky, making parking difficult. If possible, allow vehicles to drive right up to the accommodation. The bamboo bridge seems to lack maintenance. Please provide extra towels at the pool area. The pool and the lawn are excellent for recreation, and the shuttle van service is very good.
