    This is not a hotel. More of an air b and b. Great location next to Empire Shopping Mall with lots of decent restaurants. No reception counter. Whatsapp a nhmber upon arrival and a staff will provide you the room key and exchange for the room key. Checking out same process. Bathroom shower leaks. Air conditioning have not been service for many moons. Given 2 clean towels for the 5 nights stay. No cleaning of room or removal of rubbish. Lucky bed linens are clean. Room has windows. Bar fridge not working. Agoda should not be listing this property.

    The hotel is in serious need of attention. It has really gone downhill. What was once a decent 3-star hotel now feels like it has been completely neglected and is in a state of disrepair. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. There were no clear instructions provided beforehand, and when you arrive, you are left wondering what to do. You have to call the staff and wait for someone to come down to the lobby to meet you. The condition of the hotel itself is even more disappointing. Only one of the two lifts was working, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when the hotel is occupied. There were also no TV channels available in the room, not even basic channels. The rooms are clearly showing their age and look like they have been left to deteriorate. The fixtures and fittings are worn, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained or welcoming. For the price and what one would expect from a hotel, this experience was simply not acceptable. It has gone from feeling like a 3-star hotel to something far below that standard. The management really needs to invest in proper maintenance, clear check-in procedures and basic guest amenities. A hotel should not leave guests feeling like they are staying in a property that is slowly falling apart.

    Not reccomended. Do not have a proper lobby. Difficult to access to lobby because you cannot access to lobby without someone come and pick you up to lobby using their card. Very smelly. Rooms not maintained well. Not worth for the price paying. Parking you have to pay on your own. Not reccomended
