I booked a family room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, I was given two separate rooms, each with a king bed. This was unacceptable, as it was not the room arrangement I had booked or expected. Travelling with children under 12, it was inconvenient and inappropriate to have my family split into separate rooms.
The hotel’s proposed solution was to provide two additional single mattresses in one room so that we could all stay together. While I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue, this was not an adequate substitute for the family room I had originally booked.
Although the property offered a late checkout until 2:00 PM, this does not change the fact that the original room arrangement was not provided. The late checkout was a goodwill gesture, but it does not fully compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
I am disappointed that the room allocation did not match my booking, especially when travelling with young children and relying on the accommodation to meet my family’s needs. Guests should receive the room type they have booked without having to accept an alternative arrangement upon arrival.
I hope the management takes this complaint seriously, provides an explanation for the discrepancy, and improves its room allocation process to prevent similar issues in the future.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is in the same building as a shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around.
However, parking could be improved. Guests who drive their own cars need to park in the mall’s parking area and pay the mall’s parking rates every time they enter. This can be inconvenient and costly for guests who frequently travel in and out.
Overall, it is a good choice for its location, convenience, and spacious rooms, but parking is something to consider before booking.

Upon arrive the lobby, guest is required scan the whatapps QR for contacting the agent to get the room key. Room wifi is not provided and it is not recommend female solo traveler to stay in the property due safety concern.
