    The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor. I could clearly hear motorcycles passing by and people talking outside, even late at night. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep and have a proper rest. Improving the sound insulation would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

    Stayed for 1 night. The check-in process was smooth with the self check-in kiosk, and the staff were friendly and readily available to assist if needed. The room had a pleasant fragrance upon arrival, and the linens were clean and smelled fresh, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to plenty of eateries and just a short distance from Sunway Pyramid Mall. Parking can be a little challenging during the day, but after 10:30 PM, it was much easier to find a parking spot. The only downside was the soundproofing. Noise from the neighbouring room could be heard quite clearly, including conversations, movements, and even when they accidentally bumped into furniture or the wall. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
