    Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and housekeeping standards need improvement. Towels and basic amenities were not provided, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet the level of comfort and service I expected.

    1. Dirty towels. 2. Very small congested rooms 3. No hook behind the door for you to hang your clothes. 4. Except for sanitary disposal plastic & 1 small soap no other toiletries provided so please bring your own towel & toothbrush 5. No phone in the room so you need to go out walk to the lift to scan to reach customer service or front desk. 6. No cupboard provided so you need to hand the clothes. 7. If you are staying more than a day unless you request the cleaner to clean your room they wont bother sp when you see them as you walk by inform your room be cleaned. 8. My children liked the briyani at the 5th floor 9. Breakfast was not worth it. 10. The is no convenient store at walking distance. 11. Swimming pool was ok. 12. If you need to boil water, you need to do it at the bedside 13. Parking is free for hotel quest but the entrance to the parking is small so bring a small car or drive very carefully.
