Had a bad experience checking-in as the front desk even laugh at us when we show our 4 person with breakfast booking, saying they do not have that kind of room and we must check it with the agency and they could not do anything. It was only until the sales in charge showed up that she kindly offer solutions and solved the matter.
The room was spacious and bright; hotel is very close to the Cathedral, across mall and a hospital; the breakfast buffet is very vast, just need to improve the quality of some
