Overall great stay. Clean tidy rooms, nice breakfast and central. Close to bus/coach pick up zones for main day tours. Would stay again.

Very old hotel where the carpet is extremely dirty, Aircon not working well and the curtain doesn’t block the sun. Woke up 5am every morning due to sunrise.

The recetionist are friendly.
24 hours service. Clean very comfortable especislly the balcony . I love staying here and i check out 4:30 am in the morning to attend a GROUP TOUR by Panda travel to visit tge Iconic Almaty lakes, it is infront of this hotel. Key point is this is very easy for me attending early morning tour.

Stayed at Astana International Hotel during our trip. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is convenient—close to the city center and within walking distance of many places.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that the Panda Travel meetup point is just on the other side of the building, which made it very convenient for our tours(at 5am meet up)
One of the highlights was the nice mountain view from the hotel. It was a pleasant sight to wake up to every morning.
The breakfast was okay, though the options were quite limited and mostly consisted of different kinds of egg dishes. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working during our stay.
There is also a stadium nearby. We happened to visit during a concert, so it was quite loud in the evening, but the noise ended around 10 PM and didn't affect our sleep afterward.
Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a well-located hotel with nice views and don't mind a more dated property.
