    Very convenient location, around 5mins or less to airport bus shuttle bus stop. The reception staff mostly greet us upon leaving and returning. Depends on the room layout you get, some may feel a little smaller. The only thing about the aircon is we can’t really grasp is if we adjust the aircon higher, it switch off. Till the 3rd night of our stay, the aircon switch on & off on its own throughout the night. That’s the only downside during our stay in summer. Tho the toilet has bathtub but it is quite low and easy to get in and out of bathtub, they also clean our toilet and room very sparkling clean everyday! Thank you for the great experience!

    We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. We mentioned that our safe was not working and when we returned to our room that day they fixed it without having to be asked again. They also helped with printing documents for future travel. This hotel is very foreigner friendly and is a very close walk to the subway and the airport bus. I would gladly stay here next time I am in Seoul.

    I’m very happy with The Grand Hotel at Myeongdong. Front Office staff, Mr Jung and the manager on duty when I was there were extremely helpful. They helped solve my reservation issue which I had with another booking platform. Thank you!
