The location
The room rate is quite expensive.

Location was great. Transport, food options were great.
Room was smaller than I expected. Misleading photos. Bathrooms were minuscule and one person barely fit. No amenities the first day. No shower cap with an overhead rain shower. Second day, some amenities. Third day….no amenities. I saved the shower cap to use again, but they threw it away and didn’t replace it!

Location can't be beat - on the edge of the Myeongdong, so accessible to everything but not overrun with people, and steps away from a subway entrance. The staff in the lobby were very courteous and helpful as well. One of my favorite things about this hotel - the ice machines are tailored to fill a personal water bottle vs an ice bucket, so was able to have ice cold water (filtered water is also available!) whenever I wanted - a huge plus in the hot & humid Seoul summer.

The accommodation is close to tourist destination.
Checkout is at 11am so my kids got their kids ready the night before. They went down for breakfast at 9+ but my daughter forgot her purse in the room so she went back to get it. When she got to her room all her things are in a garbage bag. Her purse, charger, stuffed toy and everything else that was not inside the luggage. It was only 930am not even checkout and they entered her room to clean everything out.
