    Made the booking last minute, was expecting a 3 star hotel. Love the location, clean modern rooms, very convenient and staff speaks good english so very helpful

    Stayed 6 nights at L7 Myeongdong by LOTTE. Perfect central location right in the heart of Myeongdong, just steps from Exit 9 of the subway station. Super convenient for shopping and food. Room was clean, modern and comfortable even though compact. Friendly staff, nice welcome Pepero snack, and enjoyed the rooftop bar Floating with Namsan Tower views in the evening. Great value, clean and good service. Highly recommend!

    Overall stay so far is good. Staff are polite and friendly which are super plus point. Room clean and updated furnishing. Water shower good spray. There is welcome gift (snacks) if register. To top it off, there are world cup channels. The location is good, from airport (Limousine bus) and to anywhere else (beside metro). Next to Twosome and 7-11.

    Amazing place to start with. Close proximity to important places. Few names to call out for their work. 1. Mijung Oh - staff at 1f for her positivity and energy 2. Bella Song at 3f for her problem solving skills 3 Floating Restuarant staff. These are the silent performers 10/10 on location 2/10 on housekeeping
