    Didn't come with breakfast which most hotels do. Rooms were very small. The BEST thing was the wonderful helpful staff. Manager was BRILLIANT.

    Service & value was mediocre. Seemed to cheap out on little things like no kleenex and not enough towels. Breakfast at the cafe was acceptable but portions small. I had the steak breakfast... but not much steak. Tries to hide portion size by giving more bread and fries. Can get better value at other hotels in Phnom Penh.
