    The hotel was nice but the check in staff were not that helpful. And when we called from the train terminal to find out where the hotel shuttle was, there was not good directions or even an address where we could get it. We called twice to try to figure out where the shuttle was, and the staff was not helpful. We ended up having to get a taxi which cost us $22. When we went to check in it is self service check-in and the staff were not that helpful. The breakfast staff were nice and helpful. All in all the hotel is nice, but I think a little more customer service is needed at check-in and check out as well as getting an address where the shuttle picks up and exact location.

    It was our second time here, and we opted to stay longer. We also wanted to explore Odaiba. This is connected to Ariake Garden, a shopping mall with a lot of restaurants to choose from- there is a direct access from inside the hotel going to the mall. Also direct access to the spa, where you can enjoy the onsen or a good massage. If you want to check out Decks, Aqua City, or Diver City malls, the Yurikamome station is only 5 minutes away and you can take the train towards these destinations; if you are into walking, you can walk to aforementioned destinations for a good 30 minutes. Oh, and when you go to Decks, please enjoy hanging out by the beach- the view is lovely especially during the sunset or in the evening! Overall, the hotel is clean, new, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a great stay!

    I was recommended the villa fontaine in Roppongi hills but by there was no availability so I had to go with this one. Room very small, we had to strategically fit in our 4 big and 2 small suitcases. It is far from Shibuya, Minato and Akusaka... only convenience iare the mall. the liggage storage and the spa facilities... staff too strict, they charge you for everything, even hot water...
