    Being a happy customer of this hotel, I express my sincere gratitude to the entire team of Hotel Madras Grand for ensuring that my stay was truly memorable.....The duty manager, MR. JAFFER, whose gracious presence, attention to detail, and professionalism set the tone for my entire experience. He is the ultimate host — ensuring that from check-in to check-out, everything runs seamlessly, and guest feels respected and pampered..... All the members of the front office, housekeeping, and F&B were courteous, polite, and helpful..ensuring that the guest is comfortable and happy..... special thanks to Mr. Colney and Ms.Shwetha..... This is an amazing hotel with great value for money, convenient city location, and the housekeeping detailing along with a brand new 55-inch Google TV is simply superb.

    Me and my wife were in the room and the house keeping guy opened the room’s door with the master key. There was no knocking on the door. Then when I confronted him and the manager of the Hotel, they said we can compensate for this behaviour by clearing the food bill. I mean…??? I had no reaction to this.
