The Roost At Wallace Garden

The stay was great, and it was close to the Goethe Institut and Apollo Hospital.

Stuff were friendly and rooms / location was good, near Apollo Hospital.

Receptionist were confused about payment which i already psid in cash, I told her I'm busy but she wasted almost an hour, room were ok but from reception to room there was some kind of bad smell, too strong and disgusting, had to ask room service several times. This is a new property so I would ask them to fix those problem.

The facilities were clean and the location was good. Lots to explore in close vicinity.

While the property appeared new and there was clearly an aesthetic hand at the helm of designing the interiors, The Roost falls short on functionality. The rooms were much smaller than expected, the bathroom fittings uncomfortable, dysfunctional and falling apart, water ran out at one point, regular cleaning was not done (because once the key card was taken out and I left the premises for the day, the "make my room" signage was not visible to the staff.) I do not believe the stay is worth the cost. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall experience was below the mark unfortunately.
