    Hotel situated in a scenic place. We can take a walk around nearby places to view. Can walk to Doddabetta hills peak from here. Service is good and rooms are clean and maintained well.

    We travelled in peak season (Dec 27-29) and paid a huge sum of 12000+ per night. The hotel is not beyond the 4000 a night category. It was inadequately staffed, lacked basic facilities. The restaurant had very limited options with no tandoori items. Quality of the linen and the towels was also poor. Overall a huge letdown and a disappointment. The staff, whoever was available, however did their best and was courteous. It was not really their fault. With such a situation it was not right to charge this much even considering peak season. Very disappointing experience considering the money paid.

    Its a basic blace. Don’t expect too much. Food can be better. Wifi is very unpredictable and almost doesn’t work.
