The property is in a great location, offering beautiful scenic views while still being conveniently close to the city center. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the on-site restaurant and food were excellent as well. One area for improvement would be upgrading the TVs in the rooms to Smart TVs, which would make the overall stay even better.

Very very average breakfast. They must increase the no of dishes in buffet otherwise they should not say it's buffet. Too limited option cannot be considered as buffet. Food pricing in the menu is too too high. Can't accept if singe tea charged for 75/-. Room is very clean but wooden floor is so slippery.

This hotel location is 3.5 Km away from main ooty market. There is no facility to go the market, autorickshaw will take Rs.500 to 600 to go the market. This is overrated & overpriced hotel. Food quality is not good. Washroom are not comfortable, speed for hot water is very low. You will not get Bisleri water in this hotel, no medical shop nearby.
