Pros:
This is a new stay at a good location. There is ample parking space and it's very close to Botanical Garden. The breakfast that is served was also good. The manager and service boy were very responsive. The view from our room good too. It faced the hills and at night one could see the LED display if Tea Museum.
Cons:
The washrooms were not very clean and drainage for washrooms is not good. The hot and cold taps were interchanged which was problematic.
On the whole it was a good stay, but the cleanliness could be improved to justify the price which is being charged.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect and made it easy for us to explore nearby places. The food and overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

The property does not have a lift, and the rooms allocated to us were on the second floor, making it unsuitable for elderly guests.
The location is difficult to find on Google Maps and is not particularly convenient. There are no breakfast or dinner facilities available at the hotel, and guests need to travel approximately 1 km to find food options.
The surroundings and overall ambience outside the hotel are not appealing. Based on our experience, this property is not recommended for couples.
