    Every facility is kept clean all the time, they also provide amenities and beauty tools (for the woman only floor as far as i know). The free coffee maker in the lounge is wonderful and there are many other drink choice provided as well as well as a microwave in each floor. The staff are always so helpful and kind, I'm super grateful for them for the whole duration of my stay. Overall i genuinely can't think of any substantial complaints and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

    Resol is overall by far the best i’ve been to, 9x Tokyo and this it top of list. Super clean, quiet and all areas are well kept. Lounge area is accomodating. Very accessible location.

    I am accustomed to backpacking with 1-person tent so the bed size, facility, and amenities were more than adequate for my needs. Especially for the cost. The bed ceiling was tall enough to allow my height of 66 inches (168 cm) to stand to change clothes. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to take my cardboard from package forwarding. Lounge has free coffee / water and fridge to temporarily store food. Location is few minutes walk away from Don Quijote for supplies and other tourist vendors. But far enough away from major streets / foot traffic area. Getting to / from nearby train stations does involve these high traffic sidewalks during peak tourist season.

    This place changed my mind about hostels. I got it for so cheap and it feels very luxurious and clean. I am so happy with my stay there, the staff was also helpful. It blew my mind, I thought it was too good to be true but wow. Did I mention the shower head and blower is Refa? WOW!!! . I will definitely stay here again.
