    there is no stuff to look after the hostel. they do not come to clean every day which is a very big problem. the nearby public transportation is 1.1 km which is actually far. there is no water dispenser and the public room has AC but there is no remote to turn it on and it is hot as hell. I do not encourage anyone to stay here

    Our stay was generally good, mainly because of how amazing the staff were. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. They also offered plenty of complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes, combs, hair ties, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch. We stayed in a triple room, and it was spacious enough for our family and all of our luggage. We also appreciated the fresh set of towels provided for longer stays. The location was probably the biggest downside. We found it a bit difficult to get to and even got lost on our way. It's about a 10–15 minute bus ride from the nearest train station, followed by a short walk, which wasn't ideal when we got caught in a sudden downpour while traveling with kids and shopping bags. The hotel itself is a bit dated, including the room amenities, and we noticed quite a bit of dust under the bed. On the plus side, there are convenience stores and plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made the stay worthwhile.

    The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. However you need to walk for 25 minutes going to Asakusa station.
