    I stayed in Hotel + Hostel 1 for a very quick trip, and I'm glad I chose to stay here! Location wise, it's perfect. Few steps away from the A4 train station, few minutes walk to Nakamise Street and Sensoji Temple, and even offers a view of the Tokyo Skytree from nearby! Lots of food and cheap shopping options nearby. DonKi, Uniqlo, GU branches are walking distance too. As for the hostel, it's clean and decent. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the hot spring! I didn't think I'd get comfortable in a public shower but it's actually a good cultural experience as well. Soaking into the hot spring after 20K+ steps per day is just perfect! I'd be in the middle of Tokyo in the middle of the day and already thinking about the onsen when I get home. 🥹 The thing I liked least is just the elevator. There's only one elevator so it kinda takes some time to get up or down. I stayed on the 8th floor and I had to wait a couple of minutes. I'd still stay here when I get to visit again though! A day is not enough to explore the area so it's a really good location to explore Asakusa. And did I mention there's a direct train from Asakusa Station to the Airport? It's the Keisei Sky Access Express (not the Skyliner), so I really chose to stay here for that as well. It's not as fast as the Skyliner, but a direct train is a direct train! I've had a good experience, BUT one time in the female bath, a lady was standing up while showering the whole time and water from her shower splashes on me and other parts of the bath, she even brushed her teeth in the public bath and spit on the floor which was very disgusting for me. It's not the hostel's fault but it's just something to take note of too. So far, that was just the worst thing I've experienced during my stay.
