    I loved that the check-in and check-out were so smooth. Amenities are complete. Unfortunately we weren't able to try their bathhouse but looking forward to do so next visit!

    We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The staff were all accomodating and pleasant. We will be recommending Sanco Inn to our friends who are travelling to Kyoto

    Would Recommend. Brekkie was fantastic. Staff were great, rooms are good size, less than a min walk to Kyoto Station.

    The Indian or Nepali guy,which I failed to get the name was extremely unfriendly, along with the Japanese name Mizayawa (Yes, I made sure I got the name). I made a booking extension as I needed to explore the city more, and when I came back, I nicely asked if I would have my bottle of water replenished at which this Mizayawa guy answered a disrespectful 'NO' right away without even asking about my booking status. I felt really off as bottle of water comes in every room booking, and he made me feel like I was begging for it. I will never go back to this hotel and the FO staff, especially when the Indian (Nepali) guy and MIZAYAWA are there.
