    Staffs were nonchalant bordering on being disrespectful. They wouldnt even look you in the eye when talking, and seemed that they'd rather be somewhere else than there. Will not coming back, there are a lot of nearby hotels with commendable and hospitable staff. Your FOs should not even working in the hotel.

    I stayed with my family for 3 nights - includes elderly and kids. We really had a nice, relaxing and comfortable stay. Just in front of Kyto station with drugstore, 7-11 and restaurants nearby. All the staff are helpful and accommodating. Guest supplies are available in the lobby. They had a good pair of slippers for adults and kids, which are really nice. One thing is that, hopefully they provide free coffee for the guests. They only have teas and you can get coffee in the lobby but for a fee. Will I stay at the hotel again? Definitely!

    Staff need more training on customer service. Most of them were dismissive and lacked warmth, they woundn't even look you in the eye when talking. I felt like they'd rather be somewhere than working there. Too cool? Too casual? There are so many hotels nearby that would make you feel welcome.

    Location is superb, staff is ok. The room bed is slanted and give me backache. Overall there’s good and bad.
