    Stayed here for about 2 nights and I can say that I did sleep well. Reception is very accommodating and it was easy to communicate with her. I also like that they have a guidebook on what to explore in Higashiyama. It was super helpful especially on where to eat. The only downside was that you cannot shower super early and I did not like that since I was always out the door super early lol. All in all, still satisfied with this accommodation.

    location wise; if you travel with such a huge luggage, i wont recommend you this place because it a bit far from train station. suitable for light packer. ambience is good. no iron provided. coin laundry is a bit far. but overall is okey not bad
