    Pros: 1. Location is perfect for us - 4 - 7 mins walk to the bus stops close by which allowed us to take just one route of bus to all wanted destinations. Walking distance to the center of Gion. 2. Very clean, comfortable futons. 3. Showroom - warm water with big volume 4. We appreciate the separated bedroom and the living room Cons: a) a bit of far from convenience stores, b) the ground floor is very cold and damp as no sun at all. But overall it was a nice place to stay

    Pros: walking distance to nanenzaka and sannenzaka and kiyozomidera. Amenities: has microwave and laundry machine Traditional house and we fit comfortably as a group of 5. Love sleeping on the futons Cons: no bidet in toilet. Not a lot of fastfood in the area Steep stairs when you go to the 2nd floor. Nearest station is quite a walk, you need to take a taxi to go to Kyoto station and the fare is around 1.3k -2k yen

    Is very far to Kiyomizu gojo station as need about 15mins walk. After a day out this can be tedious. Good point is near to the dera temple direction. Is good experience to stay within the area too.
