    The hotel is situated in a quiet spot where you can hear running water from a big creek. The room is huge with an interior onsen. Service was impeccable. My wife required her diet to be controlled in terms of what she can eat. We informed the hotel before we arrived. We were served different meals, both delicious. Couples looking for a place to chill would find this hotel suitable.

    Even though some reviews mentioned the hotel looks dated, I find it acceptable. Stayed in a suite with attached onsen bath, room was spacious with adequate in room facilities plus complimentary drinks in fridge.

    Been to Hokkaido, stay at 4 hotels. This is the best. Perfect. Guest service is good. They will have free valet parking when reach. near attraction . Hotel is clean( both couple is OCD) Able to smoke in room , tou room will have cig smell, but they have freshener in room provided. Great view in private onsen and room. Provided lots of wears . Have free branded cream set each guest . Dinner is great. Breakfast last slot is 8.30am, 1 down side of all other great plus plus points. No complains. Value for money even if it is more expensive.

    My wife is a vegetarian and when we used to book these high end onsen ryokans, they usually are able to adjust the menu for vegetarians, however this property they changed 2 items on the (main dish and sashimi) to vegetarian, and just told my wife they couldn't do anything about other 6~7 items. Facility: it is actually surprisingly old. I was expecting this place to be like recently built in the last 10 years or so. In the public bath, there were quite some rust on the facet that put the building to be at least 15+ years old. Outdoor onsen was amazing though!
