    Overall everything was excellent n most of the staffs were great. Gave it a 3 star for staff as was disappointed on the day of checking out. When we check in the day before, it was drizzling lightly, but the elderly staff ran out with umbrellas n helped us with the luggage. On our check out day, it was a different set of staffs, both younger, 1 of them was in a suit, he didn’t offer any help to my husband although seeing him managing 2 big luggage down the steps to the car n it was starting to rain. He also didn’t offer to shelter me n kids to the car when it was raining heavily by the time we were leaving the place heading towards our car. There were no other guests at that time besides us n it was appalling how he didn’t bother.

    It was the best accomodation Ive ever met. Fantastic onsen, food, everything was unforgettable.
