Clean. Great location for seeing the Peace Museum and shopping. Nice Onsen. Note that you cannot get coffee in the morning if you don’t buy breakfast.
    8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Excellent cleanliness, exceptional location, and good value for money. However, our experience with the staff was disappointing. Despite repeated requests for an iron during our four-night stay for an international medical conference, we were repeatedly told none were available. Yet, when our British colleague asked just once, an iron was provided immediately. This inconsistency felt deeply unfair and raised concerns about possible discriminatory treatment.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location is a big win here. Short walk to the peace memorials and a number of restaurants and cafes. Would be my pick if I return to Hiroshima

Location - Brilliant for ICC and HIroshima Peacwe monuments. Just behind Crowne Plaza. Ambience: nothing to write hoem about. I was put off by the smell as you enter the reception area , its stale. The staf were curt and business like. Room was very small and hardly any space if you ahve suitcases or clothes neeeding hanging. Stuff in room: if you wanted additona ltowels etc you had to go down to reception to fetch. Breakfast_As a vegetarian i ate furit and bread. nothing else suited the dietary requirements. Staff helpful but unable to cmment if otehr stuff suited a vegetarian diet. Overall- I wound not stay here next time.
