I was in a mixed dormitory and everything was nice and clean. They kept the general area cooler which is nice since it gets hot inside the bed/capsule but they also provide fans if you request one. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or one of the showers. There is laundry and vending machines in the building but no change machine so just keep that in mind.
The location was quite convenient for transportation (bus, street car) and dining. They also had bikes for rent right outside. There was a 7-11 right around which is always a bonus.
They also have a cafe on the main floor, I 100% recommend the curry!

The hotel facilities like the staff on the front desk and the meals were very good. The area was very good with access to transport, and walking to restaurants and the peace park. As a full time wheelchair user the room was average and I needed help to use the shower from my partner. The room was very small and there was access to only one side of the bed

The hotel has a good location and is nice and clean. A lot is within walking distance. The room is a bit small for luggage, but overall pleased with our stay and it's also possible to store the suitcase under the bed.
