The location of the hostel was perfect. It was right down the street from a grocery store (Fuji) a great breakfast place (Hiroshima Breakfast) and a quick walk from the tram. We rented the bikes a few times, too. It was a fun way to see the city. The hostel was incredibly clean -every day, the staff cleaned the common areas, vacuumed our room, and replaced all towels/mats in the main areas. They provided complimentary coffee and tea too.
I wish there were more seasonings available to cook at the hostel! Minor complaint, but that would have made it easier/more enticing to cook while I was there.

Location!!! Amazing location for exploring the Peace Park, lots of places to eat nearby, all in easy walking distance. The hostel is ok, a little cramped, not great soundproofing but luckily our next door neighbors were on the same sleeping schedule as us. All essentials were there, great kitchen supplies, and laundry on site. We would stay again.

Easily the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Japan. Nice social area downstairs, really big bed pods/bunks with space to store your bag in them and lockers inside too. Mattress a little thin but I still slept very well. Also has good laundry facilities and a nice rooftop balcony.
Quite annoyingly strict rules - smoking area and rooftop area both close at 8pm, probably to discourage partying/socialising.
