    1. Location- 5minw from inaricho station (9) 2. Size of room - spacious, lovely (10) 3. Fkexibility of checkin/ checkout- fixed, cant adjust (8).     Good location. Clean. Staff is friendly. Room was big enough to open two big luggages.

    The room was spacious and clean. However, the experience was ruined by the attitude of some staff members, particularly a middle-aged man at the desk. I paid a decent amount for my stay and expected to be treated with basic respect, not like a trespasser. If management wants to verify guest keys or legal status, staff should learn to ask politely rather than making guests feel targeted and uncomfortable!

    The laundry machine needs to retire. The room has a window with a view of a wall that you can touch. The room is too small for the price i got charged. I can hear people coming in and out of the hallway. Tried to go out early at 4 but the reception guy was not in his office. The location is the best though with a lawson beside the hotel in a quite neighborhood was the saving grace. I guess the place was ok but the pricing is not. Additional 20 bucks id rather stay in a way more superior hotel.
