    The hotel is very neat. Our room is a lot bigger than other hotel rooms with the same price range. Staff were friendly. You can choose the pillow you want to rent for free which is innovative and they display them at the reception area. Near Kyoto Station about 5-10 minutes walk so easy access to any location even if you will use the shinkansen. Something you can look forward to have after a long day. Will choose again in the future!

    Modern with fresh decor, 5 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Excellent amenities they even provided moisturising masks. Room size average for Japanese hotels, would be unsuitable for more thsn 2 medium suitcases. Breakfast did not appear good value as it didnt have cooked hot dishes and cost 2000 Y. No cupboard, just a peg board. TV could not be configured for anything but Japanese TV. However we did stay for 6 nights and were comfortable.

    The beds are the most comfortable in Japan, let alone just in Kyoto. Room is a great size and the hotel was clean and close to the train station, without being too close where it would be noisy at night. Staff were helpful with luggage forwarding and general information. I would stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto in a heartbeat.
