    You should have breakfast facility, and also drinking water and glasses in the room. Even a electric kettle to make tea

    On Arrival on 17/03/26 Room no 405 and 412 allotted to me. 412 1. doesnot have - functional Telephone to contact the reception. 2. Smoking smell is filled inside this room and even after using room freshner this smell doesnot go. 3. AC not working since we enter in this room Then at 10:30pm after I personally went to the reception and harshly talk with the reception then the arrang to provide me Room No 310. It is so pathetic. The Management is already aware about the problems of that room but still they allotted the Room No 412. On night of 18/03/2026 - AC of Room No. 310 stop functioning. Then they alloted 305, in which we spent till 20/3/26. Even the way they serve the breakfast is very poor ( as in attached picture) without any arrangements of Drinking water though the booking contains Free breakfast, Drinking water.

    Not look like in photos very bad experience I live in hotel just be total money in online but I leave in hotel within 6 to 7 hours check out in new hotel waste of money total waste of money not refund that not good hotel everyone check the hotel then pay the money
