When I went to the hotel to check in, I had a discussion with the owner, who questioned how the room could have been booked at such a low price for three people. I explained that I had booked the room through Agoda and that the pricing was shown by the app, so I had no control over it. The owner then asked me to pay an additional amount to provide the room. I refused, and after discussing the issue with the Agoda support team, he finally gave us the room keys. However, the bed provided was suitable for only two people, even though I had clearly booked the room for three. When I requested an extra bed, the owner again refused unless I paid an additional amount. Apart from this, the room was not properly clean, and the washroom taps were leaking. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel should clearly mention any additional charges and ensure that the room and facilities are properly maintained before accepting bookings. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
