    Booked this because it was cheaper than the usual rate, and the location is genuinely good, quiet and calm with restaurants a short walk away. That is where the good part ends. The room was clean but the bathroom was pathetic, everything old and a patchwork of adjustments, the closet and washbasin just as bad. No wifi the entire stay. Staff said they would let me know when it was back and never did. The room was also loud with noise coming from the next room and the corridor. Staff were okay and I did get an early check in. They wanted 500 for a two hour late checkout so I just left early. For a Carlton property, it does not come close to the standard. Would not recommend.
