    The beach is at walkable distance. But during rain, the narrow road is submerged in ankle deep water surrounded by bushes. Otherwise during other season, you can use it to access the beach.

    I was there for 2 nights with my 1.7 month baby and must say that the room was impressive, spacious and very comfortable. Beach is so close to the property, pool is also maintained very well. Staff is very polite and helpful. I'll 100% recommend this. It is kids friendly and very calm place. Just make few things clear 1. Choose only if you want to make your trip private or calming, far away from north goa. 2. About the laundary- ask and confirm first when they will return it and opt for the service if it is really necessary and getting it back before your checkout. Confirm your checkout time and date to them and then only hamd the laundry. 3. The restaurent staff is very polite and supportivebut they have very few options in the menu. Among which i'll recommend daal khichdi(100/100🥰) veg grilled sandwich, and veg mamchurian. The resort provide you the option to make/place ordre on zomato but its like you see 100/-for a particular item and parking charges , packing handling these and those charges are added and suddenly your amout payale goes to 350/- for the selected dish. 4. Try to go out for food as much as possible . Zomato does not fewl economical. 5. Overall the ambiance of the property was topnotch. Just wow. And the staff is very helpful indeed

    A Completely Ruined Family Vacation – Deceptive Booking & Terrible Service I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent family vacation was completely ruined by our experience with this resort and the booking process. We booked three rooms hoping for a relaxing family getaway, but it was a stressful disaster from start to finish. The Booking "Scam" The nightmare began with the reservation itself. I used Agoda to book three rooms for my family, but the platform's misleading interface automatically defaulted the reservation to only *one person per room* without making it obvious during checkout. When we arrived at the resort with our family, we were completely blindsided. Instead of being understanding or offering a reasonable solution for a family caught in a clear booking trap, the situation was handled poorly, causing immense stress right at check-in. **Unacceptable Cleanliness** If you are expecting a clean, well-maintained environment, look elsewhere. The hygiene standards at this resort are severely lagging. The rooms felt unkempt, dusty, and neglected, making it incredibly uncomfortable for us to relax or feel at ease during our stay. **Zero Hospitality and Missing Amenities** To make matters worse, the service is virtually non-existent. The resort does not even provide proper, basic toiletries in the bathrooms. Instead of having the rooms properly prepped for paying guests, we had to repeatedly chase down the staff and essentially *beg* for basic necessities like soap, shampoo, and fresh towels. Getting anything from the housekeeping team felt like pulling teeth. **Final Verdict** Between the deceptive booking practices, the unhygienic rooms, and the frustrating lack of basic customer service, our family trip was entirely ruined. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—book your stay somewhere else.
