    There were no elevators to get to the rooms and we were given a room on the 3rd floor and we requested a change of room as soon as we checked in but our request remained un- attended ,no bottled water was available for guests not even on demand.

    Dates travelled : 22-25th December 2025 Room : clean and spacious Staff: very helpful . Especially Mr. Prem Pandey , the restaurant manager who was accomodative and fulfilling the needs of the customers to satisfaction . The front office staff was also cooperative and ready with solutions. Facilities : Limited , can increase the play room facility by installing more games. Overall it was a good experioence.

    We stayed at this small property for two days. Good things : 1. Staff is polite and helpful 2. Property is clean. 3. Pool is maintained 4. Food is good 5. Food prices are reasonable Scope for improvement : 1. Our rooms did not have mini bar even when it was mentioned in the description at the time of booking 2. The room was not ready at the given time of check in and despite us waiting for half an hour at the reception, essentials like soap/shampoo etc were missing in the room 3. There is no elevator in the buildings, one has to climb up stairs upto 3rd floor 4. Overall staff strength falls short to cater to the guests in peak season. Few points to note : property is comparatively smaller. The common areas are well maintained but the rooms need a bit of revamp/maintenance.
