    Exhilirating experience at the property with the boutigue garden pool with background noise of the sea. Me and my partner swam at 1am in the pool ,made a memorable experience ,cancelled our booking at other hotel as we loved the stay so much for one more day. Spot clean washrooms and great boutigue interiors overall book without thinking if coming to south goa.Beach just a stones throw distance can hear the crashing sounds of sea waves.

    It's a well maintained, new property that is very conveniently located at a 2min walk from Betalbatim beach. The Area surrounding the stay is very calm, peaceful, laid back.

    While the hotel by itself was good and clean, there is no lunch or dinner or tea or coffee available, this should be disclosed at the start. I had an ailing family member and everytime we had to travel out for even a cup of tea. Further, there was a time when I had to get into the kitchen and heat my food on their utensils since they didn't know how to do it, the staff at the reception is very transactional and not very helpful. The only staff helpful was from housekeeping names Lokesh and Sachin. I had high expectations from this place but somehow it didn't match the same.
