    You can only find two small bathroom clothes and a roll of toilet paper in washroom. There is no any cup ( including plastic or papers) in whole room. The bedroom clothes is only changed every two days. You can imagine remanning things. Not sure why it’s listed top on Agoda website

    We only stayed overnight which is good enough for the price that we paid, including breakfast. The location is a 5-min walk from the bus station. The only struggle is that the reception is located in floor 1 then another stairs to access the rooms without an elevator, so it's a disadvantage for people with heavy luggages and seniors.

    Checking-in was a breeze! Piccolo Hotel promptly responded to my emails, hence coordination went smoothly. The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was very well maintained. Sameer was an angel! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the best spots in Firenze. He was respectful and even helped carry our huge luggages to our room. He also secured our transport to the train station. We will stay again with Piccolo Hotel on our return to Firenze! See you again Sameer and thank you so much!
