Location was awesome. Our host Carolina was great with proper instructions and responses to our questions.

The location of the property is superb… 15 mins walk from all major attractions…

Nothing to do with the property but it falls inside ZTL zone so if you are driving be very cautious about it… but Carolina was great help with it

The residence was lovely and clean the staff were very friendly, helpful , kind and considerate. I have limited mobility so sadly the location was not suitable as it was a little out of the central area so the roads were not as well maintained so it wasn't suitable for pushing the wheelchair . The lady who managed the property was very understanding when I explained this to her and offered to refund us our money if we coukd find another place nearer the centre. So we only stayed the one night as I fojnd something right in centre. I cannot thank Carolina enough for her care and understanding and would not hesitate to reccomend the accommadation to anykne who has no issue walking the 600-700mtrs to the centre. The score relates more to our needs than with the accommodation .

Distance to centre for a wheelchair user due to ongoing work on footpaths and the cobbled streets that had many uneven areas making it impossible to push the wheelchair

This isn't a hotel, it's a boarding house without the presence of someone there physically. Which is annoying and slightly frightful when other guests lock the front door when signs are there which say not to lock the door from the outside. I got locked in for about 10 minutes and it was slightly scary.

a different style of comforter (one that isn't simply laying between two sheets tucked in at the bottom of the bed) would help those who are too tall for the bed. The furniture was also for smaller people. Light switches were a mystery, as most do nothing. Finding out that the owner would not sign her name on a document I needed to prove that I was present in Italy led me to believe that this property isn't listed properly. The upstairs neighbors clearly have little respect for those living beneath them. And the wifi was non existent in the bedroom.
