The location was great, within walking distance of every major tourist attraction you'd want to see. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, shower was great and the host, Carolina, was so helpful. Our train was delayed at arrival and Carolina responded quickly with how to get in. She was also on hand if needed throughout our trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

This isn't a hotel, it's a boarding house without the presence of someone there physically. Which is annoying and slightly frightful when other guests lock the front door when signs are there which say not to lock the door from the outside. I got locked in for about 10 minutes and it was slightly scary.

a different style of comforter (one that isn't simply laying between two sheets tucked in at the bottom of the bed) would help those who are too tall for the bed. The furniture was also for smaller people. Light switches were a mystery, as most do nothing. Finding out that the owner would not sign her name on a document I needed to prove that I was present in Italy led me to believe that this property isn't listed properly. The upstairs neighbors clearly have little respect for those living beneath them. And the wifi was non existent in the bedroom.
